Awana Clubs: $35 to register the first child and each additional child is $20. Registration covers their books, uniform, and bag. (Other accessories may be purchased separately)
Cubbies: 4 & 5-year-olds.
Sparks: K through 2nd Grade
TNT: 3rd Grade through 6th Grade (6th Graders also have the option to join the teen group on Wed Nights.)

New COVID procedures:
Awana will be only 90 minutes (from 4:30-6:00 pm) on Sunday nights - No dinner provided.
Children are not required to wear masks but can if they want to.
Parents will drop off and pick up kids to and from their classroom (no running around the building)
We can provide transportation if needed. The need for a ride must be confirmed with the driver. Online attendance will be available through Zoom if needed due to COVID restrictions.

By registering your child you are agreeing to:
Medical Release: I give my permission for the Awana staff to administer basic first aid to my child in the event of an injury. I understand that the Awana staff will contact emergency services in the event of a significant injury if emergency contact is unreachable and all expenses for such emergency services will be paid by me.

Photo Release: I hereby grant JLCN permission to use photographs/videos taken at Awana of the minor designated here for any purpose lawful at any time. I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or written copy, that may be used in conjunction therewith, or the use to which it may be applied. Contact JLCN Children's Director, Dawn Zahare if you want your child added to a "Do Not Photograph" list.

Permission to Attend: I give permission for my child named here, to attend Awana at JLCN. I understand that the information I give for this registration will only be used by the Awana host church (JLCN).
